About the Role
As part of their ambitious growth strategy, the firm is looking to add a Client Manager to their Audit team.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, eager to enhance their skills, and passionate about building meaningful client relationships.
You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery while contributing to the growth of both the team and the client portfolio.
Role Overview:
•Lead the management and delivery of client engagements within agreed timelines for an assigned portfolio of clients
•Work closely with senior leadership to manage client expectations and ensure service excellence
•Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, offering real-time feedback and support to drive their performance
•Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s, aligning goals with overall team priorities
•Develop strong client relationships, consistently delivering high standards of service
•Ensure all projects are executed in line with internal procedures and compliance standards
•Actively contribute to team objectives and business growth through effective planning and target management
•Identify opportunities for advisory services within the current client base and foster new business opportunities
What They Are Looking For:
•Proven expertise in audit and client relationship management, with a track record of success
•A self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
•ACA, ACCA, or similar professional certification
•Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively
•A desire for growth and development in a forward-thinking, dynamic firm
•Experience with CaseWare (preferred)
•Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services within existing clients
