About the Role
An expanding Audit division is seeking experienced Audit Directors aiming to progress to Partner level or current Audit Partners seeking a substantial role within a renowned firm.
Working collaboratively with existing Audit Partners, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in steering our audit team's leadership, contributing to the continuous expansion of our market presence.
The role also offers the advantage of stepping into an established client base due to the substantial growth experienced thus far.

As an Audit Director/Partner, primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the leadership of the Audit service line, collaborating with other Audit Partners in devising and executing audit strategies, ensuring compliance with audit regulations and standards.
- Serving as the primary client liaison, fostering robust relationships, and delivering expert guidance on audit-related matters.
- Spotting opportunities to enhance the Firm's audit services, formulating proposals and marketing approaches to attract new business and expand the client base.
- Staying abreast of the latest developments in audit regulations, standards, and industry trends, upholding the highest quality and compliance in the firm's audit services.
- ACA or ACCA qualification RI designation with a background in managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various sectors.
- Exceptional technical prowess in audit regulations, standards, and methodologies, demonstrating adeptness in resolving complex audit issues.
- Proven leadership and managerial capabilities, having effectively led and nurtured teams of auditors.
- Strong aptitude for business development, adept at fostering and retaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities for the firm's audit services, and securing new business.
- Outstanding communication skills, adept at articulating complex audit matters clearly and succinctly to clients and colleagues.
