Audit Semi-Senior

The Role:

As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will work alongside experienced auditors, assisting in the planning and execution of audit engagements for a diverse range of clients in various industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
• Perform audit procedures in accordance with accounting and auditing standards
• Identify areas for improvement in clients' internal control processes and communicate findings to the audit team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their business needs and provide valuable insights
• Develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and formal training sessions
• Contribute to the development of junior team members by providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA or ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
• At least 1 years of experience in external audit within a reputable accounting firm
• Working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
