Key Responsibilities:
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Preparation of Accounts: Compile and prepare accurate financial statements and reports for various clients.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
- Corporate Tax Returns: Manage and file corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Personal Tax Returns: Handle personal tax returns for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with current legislation.
- Advisory: Provide accurate, honest and informative advice to our clients.
- Ad-hoc Client Queries: Address and resolve any unexpected client questions or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Qualifications: ACA or ACCA Qualified.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an accountancy practice, with a strong background in accounts preparation and tax compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in various accountancy software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
