About the Role
The Accountancy Recruiters are excited to collaborate with an outstanding firm in Birmingham, scouting for a Corporate Finance Executive role with a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
This opportunity is a gem for a recently qualified accountant looking to pivot into Corporate Finance. Responsibilities encompass a dynamic spectrum including securing financial resources, orchestrating business sales, steering acquisitions, managing buy-outs and buy-ins, overseeing mergers, listings, and flotation processes. The ideal candidate should hold ACA or ACCA Qualified, preferably from a top 50 training background. Applicants must have proven experience in corporate finance
