About the Role
The Accountancy Recruiters are excited to collaborate with an outstanding firm in Birmingham, scouting for a Corporate Finance Executive role with a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
This opportunity is a gem for a recently qualified accountant looking to pivot into Corporate Finance. Responsibilities encompass a dynamic spectrum including securing financial resources, orchestrating business sales, steering acquisitions, managing buy-outs and buy-ins, overseeing mergers, listings, and flotation processes. Partnering closely with one of the firm's directors will offer an invaluable chance to broaden your exposure.
The ideal candidate should hold ACA or ACCA Qualified, preferably from a top 10 training background. While prior exposure to corporate finance is extremely beneficial, it's not mandatory and applicants transitioning from audit roles are preferred.
In return, the role offers a competitive salary within the £45,000 to £55,000 range, contingent upon experience. Additionally, it includes an appealing benefits package.
