Joining their team offers you the chance to handle a diverse case portfolio encompassing dispute resolution, commercial litigation, both contentious and non-contentious valuations, fraud investigations, and criminal proceedings. Engagements are actively managed to ensure that the entire team gains comprehensive technical knowledge and experience across the spectrum of cases.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting their Experts in the preparation of expert witness evidence for the Court in the form of Party or Single Joint Expert reports, or providing advisory support for legal advisers.
• Handling valuations for various purposes, such as financial remedy proceedings in matrimonial cases, fiscal valuations, non-contentious valuations for financial reporting, and assessments of sweet equity and intangible assets.
• Analysing and scrutinising financial evidence to bolster client cases.
• Conducting due diligence confidently. Gradually improving knowledge and application of law.
• Developing relationships with solicitors and barristers.
• Applying fundamental accounting principles as appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA).
• Possess experience in forensic accounting.
• Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel.
• Display a confident and professional approach to managing client relationships.
• Show drive, commitment to results, taking ownership of tasks, and ensuring their completion with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrate evidence of effective teamwork with clients and colleagues across all grades and backgrounds.
