Role Details:
- Efficiently manage a spectrum of compliance and advisory projects simultaneously, ensuring streamlined workflow and meticulous tracking.
- Keep abreast of dynamic tax legislation changes, conduct thorough tax research, and adeptly present findings to both clients and senior management.
- Uphold meticulous documentation standards for tax affairs, encompassing disclosures for compliance tasks and research support for advisory projects.
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients, addressing inquiries and adeptly gathering requisite information.
- Work autonomously, showcasing a keen ability to identify learning objectives, propose solutions, and seek additional training when required.
- Provide adept support across various domains, including tax returns, tax planning, R&D projects, and more.
- Foster effective liaison with HMRC, clients, and third parties as the need arises.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts team, contributing to accurate tax return reviews and offering support on advisory projects.
- Possess or be in the final stages of achieving professional qualifications such as ATT/ACA/CTA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles involving significant exposure to corporate tax compliance and/or advisory functions.
- Showcase strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Commitment to detail excellence.
- Approach issues with a commercial mindset and express opinions constructively.
- Fearlessly voice opinions in a meaningful way.
- Exhibit adept prioritisation skills for managing an independent workload.
- Display a fervor for delivering outstanding customer service.
