About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners on strategy ideas and initiatives for the Firm’s Private team.
- Establish and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, private business owners, and their teams.
- Identify opportunities and devise solutions for complex commercial and tax issues.
- Lead the execution of technically intricate tax consulting, restructuring, and M&A projects.
- Provide support for team growth and development, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Participate in market initiatives such as the Firm’s various Private campaigns and events.
- ACA and/or CTA qualification.
- Experience at Director or Partner level
- Passion for collaborating with complex and ambitious entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship building and business development.
- Solid technical and problem-solving capabilities.
