Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for a dynamic team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including overtime, salary adjustments, and shift payments.
  • Handle holiday, sick, and maternity pay requests efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and resolve payroll-related queries for employees.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll policies and regulations, including issuing P45s and other necessary tax forms.
